Important: corona and your appointment
We are doing everything we can to manage the coronavirus (Covid-19). Read our regulations in this message. If you have an appointment, please comply with the regulations. Only come to your appointment if you are healthy
If you have health complaints:
As a parent
If you are a parent and have symptoms such as a cold, sneezing, runny nose, cough, sore throat or loss of smell or taste, please postpone your appointment or let someone else bring your child.
As a child:
Up to 12 years old:
Children with colds may still come to their appointment. Under the term cold, we understand: nasal mucus (any colour) in or running from the nose, if relevant accompanied by sneezing, coughing or a sore throat.
Does your child have a fever (higher than 38 degrees), is coughing a lot, is short of breath or suddenly loses smell or taste? Then we ask you to postpone the appointment.
Are you in doubt or does your child have long-term complaints? Then please contact us. We will discuss options with you.
Over 13 years:
Does your child have health complaints such as a cold, sneezing, runny nose, cough, or loss of smell or taste? Then we ask you to cancel and postpone the appointment.
In your family:
Is someone in your family suffering from shortness of breath or fever (higher than 38 degrees)? Then the whole family must stay at home. We ask you to postpone the appointment
Have you had contact with someone who has corona or have you been in an orange/red region?
Have you or your child been in contact with someone who has had corona in the last 10 days? Or have you been in a country or region that has been designated red/orange? Then the appointment must be cancelled. We ask you to postpone the appointment.
During your appointment:
- Wear a mask.
In line with national regulations, the professionals at our locations wear masks. We ask everyone aged 13 years and above to do the same. Please bring a mask with you.
- Maximum of 1 person accompanying each child.
Brothers and sisters may not come either. Is this a problem? Then contact us before your appointment. The other parent may watch or listen to the appointment on video calling. Do you need a telephone interpreter? No problem. Please contact us in advance.
- Come on time.
The 1.5 metre rule means that fewer people may be at our locations at the same time. So please come on time. This helps us receive all the parents and children spread throughout the day.
- Wash your hands your child’s hands when you arrive.
- Maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres and follow the instructions of our professionals.
